Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking dependable Field Representatives to collect critical retail information, merchandise/demo products, and conduct resets across markets. You will use a company app to record product details and transmit results to the corporate office after project completion.

Requirements include 18+ years, a high school diploma, a smartphone with the company app, a valid driver's license with clean record, and the ability to work 32+ hours weekly, including some cold-store environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance.
• Available at least 32 hours per week.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work in cold store areas during grocery projects.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• You will be assigned projects within your market area.
• If needed, you will complete projects throughout the United States independently or in a group.
• Record prescribed product information using the company app.
• Capture item prices, displayed promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit completed project files to the corporate office for review.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers as required.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.
