RDSolutions LLC is seeking self-motivated field representatives to collect retail information, merchandise demos, and perform shelf resets across multiple markets. You will use a company app to record data, capture prices and promotions, and transmit results to our corporate office.

We offer a $200 sign-on bonus for this area, comprehensive training, and benefits including 401(k) with match and identity theft protection.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
• Available at least 32 hours per week, flexible to take on more hours.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers.

Responsabilités

• You will be assigned projects within your market area.
• If needed and available, you will complete projects throughout the United States both independently and as part of a group.
• You will download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Follow criteria to capture item prices, promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit the file to our corporate office after project completion.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers per client needs.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

• Follow specific criteria to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions, as well as pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Transmitting the file to our corporate office for review after you have completed the project successfully.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel as well as potential customers per our client's needs.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on our client's behalf.
