Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to support store projects with flexible scheduling. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and a guaranteed minimum with upside based on performance.

As a part-time team member, you will use a company pricing app on a smartphone, travel with paid drive time, and receive mileage reimbursement while helping customers achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments on time with the required level of detail.
• Work within store hours with flexible scheduling.
• Follow company pricing app tasks and project criteria.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
