Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring a Field Representative to support our flexible, campus-friendly schedule model. This part-time role requires no prior experience and is open to college students.

You’ll work within store hours, wear casual dress, and receive training, with guaranteed minimum pay plus upside as you learn. Drivers license and reliable transportation are required; you may lift items up to 40 pounds and stand during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone capable of running the company pricing app.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store aisles.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
