Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring part-time Field Representatives to perform store-based assignments. You will start with a comprehensive training program and then complete projects with accuracy and on schedule.

Positions offer a guaranteed minimum pay with upside based on productivity, paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and flexible work schedules to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with company pricing app capable of receiving assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and insurance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery-store environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform field assignments at grocery stores as directed.
• Complete projects in a timely, detail-oriented manner to meet criteria.
• Follow assigned schedules and routes and document outcomes.
• Utilize provided app to receive tasks and track progress.

• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
