Job summary

Seek Now is seeking capable 1099 independent sub-contractors to perform accurate, impartial home and commercial property inspections. Our Field Inspectors serve as frontline data collectors for insurance, facility management and real estate clients, traveling to assigned locations as needed.

Inspectors are expected to navigate varied inspection environments, sketch and measure components, and document results with our mobile software.

Qualifications

• HAAG Certification within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license.
• State Issued Workers Compensation coverage.
• Certificate of General Liability Insurance.
• LLC Articles or Certificate of Organization.

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs, rooms, and other areas and document findings.
• Travel to CAT sites; lodging provided.
• Use proprietary software on smartphone to capture data.
• Provide accurate, impartial property inspections for insurance, facility management and real estate clients.
