Job summary

Bug House Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Service Professional to perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections. You will manage your service route, build lasting customer relationships, and apply pest control products safely on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Building Relationships: lifelong connections with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Managing Your Service Route: daily operations of your service route with strong time management, completing tasks.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
