Job summary

Stadionic is seeking established installation partners nationwide and internationally to work as independent 1099 subcontractors on diverse projects such as stadiums, arenas, training centers, and schools. Partners supply their own crew, tools, and transportation, and handle their taxes and insurance.

Projects range from single-day tasks to multi-week installations. Schedules are project-based with compensation per project and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• Registered business with EIN and W-9
• General liability with Stadionic named as additional insured
• Own tools, equipment and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred for crew leads
• Clear communication with daily progress updates and photo documentation

Responsibilities

• Perform Netting installations (backstop/netting, batting cages, etc.)
• Perform Turf installations (site prep, seaming, infill, line markings)
• Install Wall padding (gym, stadium, post padding, logos)
• Install Poles and supports for backstops and nets
• Handle additional facility work (dividers, bleachers, windscreens)
• Adhere to Stadionic specs and site safety requirements
• Provide daily progress updates with photos to project manager
