Stadionic is seeking established installation partners to join as independent 1099 subcontractors on projects across the United States and internationally. Partners supply their own crew, tools, and transportation, and manage taxes and insurance.

Projects vary from single-day to multi-week installations, including netting, turf, padding, and related facility work. Compensation is per-project and agreed before work begins, with timely payment on approved invoices.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation work across stadiums, arenas, educational facilities, or commercial sites.
• Ability to read project specs and follow manufacturer guidelines.
• Willingness to travel regionally or nationally; passports for international work.

Responsibilities

• Perform netting, turf, padding, and pole installations per Stadionic specs.
• Capable of working with own crew, tools, and transportation; manage related costs and taxes.
• Provide daily progress updates and photo documentation to the Stadionic project manager.
