Job summary

National Risk Services is seeking experienced Residential Insurance Inspectors to perform interior and/or exterior personal lines inspections with detailed photos, per client requirements. This is an Independent 1099 position; orders are sent and completed reports are returned through our FOCUS program.

Ideal candidates will have the physical ability to assess property conditions, strong communication, good technology and organizational skills, and the ability to turn around reports quickly and

Qualifications

Experience in construction/home improvement, inspections, real estate, or architecture preferred.
Agree to a criminal background check and review of driving record.
Basic computer literacy; data entry helpful.

Responsibilities

Drive to residential/commercial properties.
Identify, photograph and upload images of hazards and basic photos.
Record on-site observations.
Accurate exterior measurements and a building sketch.
Complete inspections and reports within deadline.
Speak directly with policyholders and/or agents when needed.
