The role offers autonomy and flexible full- or part-time hours on a 1099 basis, with earning potential expressed as an hourly equivalent ($25–$35/hour) per inspection in a territory that averages around 5 inspections per month.

Qualifications

• As an independent contractor, provide own equipment and manage your own schedule.
• Must pass a standard background check and maintain reliability in territory coverage.
• Ability to operate mobile reporting apps and printer for field reports.
