Job summary

Far Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Bourbon County, Kansas and nearby areas. This 1099 role offers flex scheduling and the potential for supplemental or full-time income on your terms.

You will conduct exterior visits to confirm property status, manage your routing, and report findings with mobile apps. Expect 5–6 minutes on-site per inspection and roughly 60 inspections annually in this territory.

Qualifications

• Pass a standard background check.
• Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Printer and computer with internet connection.
