This 1099 role offers autonomy: you manage routing, schedule, and territory, with typical inspections designed for speed (5–6 minutes on-site) and a flexible schedule on your own terms, earning the pay equivalent of $25–$35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Own equipment is required (vehicle, smartphone, printer and internet).
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
