FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Sussex County, Virginia and surrounding communities. You will cover a dense metro territory, managing your routing and schedule with autonomy.

Inspections are brief and external, designed for speed, often 5–6 minutes on-site. As an independent contractor, you’ll provide your own equipment and work with mobile reporting apps to submit findings.

Qualifications

• Must pass a standard background check.
• Own a reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Smartphone and printer for reporting.
• Good time-management and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on standards.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports via mobile apps.
