Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in McDowell County, NC and surrounding communities. You will manage your own routing and schedule, working on exterior visits that require only brief on-site time.

The role is paid per inspection with earnings roughly equivalent to $25–$35 per hour depending on efficiency. You can earn supplemental or full-time income on a flexible schedule you control.

Qualifications

• Must be independent contractor able to manage own schedule.
• Pass standard background check.
• Own reliable vehicle and smartphone required.
• Ability to submit reports using mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit reports.
