This 1099 role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy over routing and territory, and per-inspection pay with earnings typically aligned to $25–$35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Own reliable vehicle, a smartphone capable of running mobile reporting apps, and a printer with internet-connected computer.
• Able to pass a standard background check.
• Strong time-management and self-directed work style.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior occupancy verifications for residential properties.
• Capture 9+ photos per inspection and submit reports via mobile apps.
