You will determine occupancy status, capture photos, and submit brief reports using mobile apps, with on-site visits typically brief and autonomous.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor arrangement (1099).
• Own reliable vehicle and mobile reporting setup.
• Background check required.
• Residential occupancy verifications on-site.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status via on-site checks.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit reports via mobile apps.
