Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Fayette County, Tennessee and surrounding communities. You work on a flexible schedule on a 1099 basis, earning a per-inspection fee with typical hourly earnings of $25-$35.

You will manage your own routing and territory, spend on-site time limited to brief visits, and report findings via mobile apps. Candidates must provide their own reliable vehicle and equipment and pass a background check.
