FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Overton County, Tennessee and nearby areas. You will control your routing, schedule, and territory as a 1099 contractor, reporting occupancy status with photos and brief notes.

Expect a flexible schedule with on-demand volume; inspections are designed for quick on-site visits and regular monthly opportunities. You will need your own vehicle, smartphone, and reporting tools to succeed.

Qualifications

• As an independent contractor, you must provide your own equipment.
• You will operate a reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
• You need a smartphone capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• A computer with internet and a printer is required.
• You must manage time effectively to meet deadlines without supervision.
• You must be able to pass a standard background check.
