FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Teton County, Idaho, and surrounding communities. If you live in or near Victor or anywhere in Teton County, this is a great opportunity to earn supplemental or full-time income on your own schedule.

You will cover occupancy verifications on a flexible basis, with autonomy to manage routing, schedule, and territory.

Qualifications

• Own reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
• Smartphone capable of running mobile reporting apps.
• Computer with internet connection and a printer.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsabilités

• Determine property occupancy status based on indicators.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports using mobile applications.
• Maintain reliability regarding territory coverage and deadlines.
