Inspections are brief, exterior visits with 5–6 minutes on-site, designed for speed and autonomy. You’ll be responsible for driving, collecting photos, and submitting reports on time while maintaining reliability and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor capable of managing own schedule and territory.
• Able to pass a standard background check.
