Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Barren County, Kentucky. You manage your own routing and schedule, with 5–6 minutes on-site per inspection and consistent monthly volume.

As a 1099 field inspector, you drive within your territory, perform exterior checks, and report outcomes using mobile apps. Equipment and vehicle are provided by you, with pay per inspection and potential $25–$35 per hour equivalent depending on efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage your own schedule and routes.
• Able to pass a standard background check.
• Proficient in using mobile reporting apps on smartphones.
• Own reliable vehicle and basic computing equipment required.
