This is a 1099 field role requiring you to provide your own vehicle and reporting tools. Enjoy autonomy, a flexible schedule, and steady monthly inspections in your county, with on-the-road duties and routine reporting

Qualifications

• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Independent contractor responsible for providing own equipment including vehicle, smartphone, computer, and printer.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on industry-standard indicators.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports using industry-standard mobile applications.
• Maintain a high level of reliability regarding territory coverage and deadlines.
