FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in East Carroll County, Louisiana and surrounding communities. You will conduct exterior occupancy verifications, capture photos, and report on property status on your own schedule with a flexible, per-inspection pay model.

As an independent contractor, you provide your own equipment and vehicle and manage routing and deadlines autonomously.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status with own equipment.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior occupancy verifications in the assigned county.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports via mobile applications.
• Maintain territory coverage and meet deadlines.
