Ideal candidates have reliable transportation and can respond to lender requests within 2 business days, typically within a 20-30 minute drive to sites. This is an independent contractor role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role for field inspections.

Responsibilities

• Take photos of properties being built and upload directly to Leeway Inspections.
• Meet lender requests within a 2 business day turnaround.
• No reporting or naming/numbering of photos required by the inspector.
