Qualifications

• Experience conducting energy audits or building performance assessments.
• Knowledge of building science, HVAC, insulation, and air sealing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site energy audits for residential and commercial properties.
• Perform blower door tests, duct leakage tests, and infrared thermography.
• Evaluate HVAC systems, insulation, lighting, appliances, and windows for energy performance.
• Identify energy savings and upgrade opportunities, including renewables.
• Provide detailed audit reports with recommendations and cost savings.
• Educate homeowners, builders, and business owners on energy efficiency best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local energy codes, RESNET, and HERS standards.
• Document audit findings using GreenWorks' reporting software.
