Qualifications
- Unrestricted licensure in New York state or in process in NY.
- Fellowship trained and Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology.
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.
Responsibilities
- Provide endocrinology care in clinic and perform procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with primary care and specialists within an interdisciplinary team.
- Direct and manage a complete continuum of quality-based care for patients.
