Qualifications

• Unrestricted licensure in NY or application in process.
• Fellowship trained with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients in clinic and perform endocrine procedures as needed.
• Consult with patients, PCPs and specialists to diagnose and treat endocrine conditions.
• Deliver complete continuum of quality-based care within an interdisciplinary team.
