Qualifications

• Completed certification or training as a birth and/or full spectrum doula.
• Experience with pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
• Availability for virtual and in-person work, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide expecting and new families throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
• Ensure families feel supported and empowered during transformative times.
• Connect with families and provide necessary client services.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience working as a doula

Ability to connect with diverse families

Telehealth platform usage

Comfort with electronic documentation systems

Education
