Qualifications

• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (state materials provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience in sales, leadership, or athletic contexts

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present tailored supplemental insurance solutions
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with employees to explain coverage options
• Deliver engaging group presentations on product value and impact
• Build long-term client relationships through service, follow-up, and policy reviews
• Manage and grow your own book of business as a trusted adviser
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and manage clients
