This role offers autonomy and professional flexibility; you design a schedule around your availability and the needs of the people you serve. Compensation varies by location and visits, with no cap on hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet Arizona state provider requirements, including a comprehensive background check and Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance.
• Ability to complete all state-mandated training courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support including companionship, meal preparation, grooming, laundry and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and respond to safety and wellness needs to support wellbeing in the home.
• Help clients set and achieve personal goals while promoting independence.
