Soreo, a service of Mosaic, is seeking Independent Contracted Direct Care Workers to support older adults and people with disabilities. This 1099 contract offers autonomy to schedule visits based on availability and client needs; compensation varies by location in Arizona.

As a contractor, you control your hours, coordinate visits, and provide essential daily living support in homes. Meeting state requirements and completing mandated training are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet Arizona state provider requirements including a comprehensive background check and Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance.
• Must complete all state-mandated training courses.

Responsibilities

• Goal achievement: help people define and reach milestones that improve daily living.
• Daily living support: provide companionship and assist with meals, grooming, laundry and light housekeeping.
• Safety & wellness: monitor medical, nutritional and personal care needs to ensure well-being.
