Job summary

Mosaic is seeking Direct Care Workers to contract with us to provide in-home care services. You will schedule and coordinate visits to clients in their homes and communities, with compensation starting at $17.80 per hour depending on funding levels.

Role involves 1:1 or small-group support, including activities of daily living, meal planning, transportation, and medication management. Training and scheduling support are provided to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Patient and compassionate demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and follow a support plan.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and own laptop or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home Direct Care services to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living and household tasks.
• Support decision making and community integration.
• Coordinate transportation to appointments or activities.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation and medication management.
• Schedule multiple visits per day based on client needs.
