Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pre-employment background and drug screening required.
• Courier experience is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 150 lbs and maneuver packages.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining package condition.
• Load and unload packages.
• Plan efficient routes and follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Verify package accuracy and complete delivery documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service; be polite and professional during deliveries.
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize schedules and report delays.
• Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents to supervision.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
