A company in private capital advisory is seeking independent contractor Deal Advisory Mentors to provide strategic guidance to fund managers and investors. This role offers compensation of $200–$500 per hour based on experience and engagement scope. Ideal candidates are seasoned deal professionals capable of mentoring others and offering high-level advisory services. The position allows for flexible participation in a trusted network, enhancing visibility and credibility in the capital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Ex-IB, PE, VC, or senior fund professionals with strong deal execution experience.
• Deal-focused operators or founders with hands-on transaction leadership.
• Senior advisors capable of mentoring analysts and scouts on deal judgment and execution.

Responsabilités

• Advise on deal structuring, transaction strategy, and execution decision-making.
• Support sponsors and funds through diligence, negotiation, and closing strategy.
