New London Hospital is actively seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our all-CRNA anesthesia team at a critical access hospital in New London, NH. This role provides full-scope practice and mentoring for residents within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling pressure with ownership.

Formación

• Four years of experience recommended.
• Independent practice experience is preferred but not required.
• Regional anesthesia experience is preferred, with support available for continued skill development.
• Eligibility for New Hampshire RN and APRN licensure required.
• Active CRNA certification through the NH Board of Nursing required.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program required.

Responsabilidades

• Join an independent, all-CRNA anesthesia team at a critical access hospital.
• Mentor Nurse Anesthesia Residents during their final clinical year.
• Manage full-scope CRNA practice within a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Maintain efficient OR days with a streamlined PAT process.
