Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently coordinate industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up through closeout in a compliant, patient-focused setting. You will partner with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams to drive enrollment and ensure protocol adherence.

The role requires 3-5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience, a science/healthcare degree, and CTMS/EDC proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology preferred.
• CCRC® or CCRP® or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficiency with CTMS, EDC systems, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate industry-sponsored trials from study start-up through closeout with minimal supervision.
• Manage complex study visit schedules and protocol-related activities while ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention efforts including chart review, patient outreach, informed consent discussions, and enrollment tracking.
• Conduct protocol-required patient visits and assessments in accordance with study protocols, GCP guidelines, and SOPs.
• Perform protocol-required clinical procedures including vital signs, ECGs, specimen collection, and phlebotomy as permitted.
• Maintain accurate study documentation including source records and CRFs; ensure timely CTMS updates.
• Ensure high-quality data entry and timely resolution of data queries.
• Serve as primary contact for study participants; maintain communication with sponsors/CROs.
• Prepare for and support sponsor, CRO, and regulatory monitoring visits, audits, and inspections.
• Maintain inventory of study equipment and investigational products onsite.
• Support process improvements to enhance site performance and patient experience.
