Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist to provide school-based services for an elementary school within a local district. Qualifications

• DE State License in Psychology is required.
• Child Abuse, State, and Federal Clearances are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, instruction, and mentoring for students with social, emotional, or behavioral difficulties.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to evaluate eligibility for special education services.
• Assess barriers to learning and determine effective instructional strategies.
• Design and implement interventions and student progress monitoring systems.
• Support effective individualized instruction and positive classroom environments.
• Collect and analyze data related to school improvement and student outcomes.
• Promote policies ensuring student safety by reducing violence, bullying, and harassment.
• Respond to crises with leadership, direct services, and referrals to community resources.
