Job summary

DOCS Health partners with military service members as independent contractors providing health readiness services. Most work occurs on weekends with occasional weekdays in Tennessee, serving USAR, ARNG, USNR, MARFORRES, USCGR, ANG, and USAFR.

Responsibilities include health assessments, reviewing histories and records, interviewing personnel, and documenting readiness classifications in a proprietary system. Strong communication and travel flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in the requested state.
• CPR/BLS Certification is required.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments for military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview service members to identify medical concerns.
• Identify immediate concerns including Behavioral Health and document results.
