A leading facility management company in Boca Raton is seeking independent contractors for commercial janitorial services. This role allows you to partner with City Wide to meet client needs, grow your business, and focus on delivering quality services without the burden of account management. Ideal candidates must have relevant business licenses and insurance, be over 18, and pass background checks. This contract position does not offer benefits.

Competenze

• Must have a valid business license (LLC or Inc).
• Requires worker's compensation insurance.
• Must have general liability insurance and non-owned auto coverage.
• Need a federal EIN number.
• Must be able to provide other verifiable business documents.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Background investigation results must be favorable.
• Cannot be a sole proprietor.
