Job summary

A local home improvement company in Indianapolis is seeking experienced independent contractors for home repair and remodeling work. The role offers flexibility in scheduling, with compensation ranging from $45 to $50 per hour based on skills. Ideal candidates should have their own tools, a work vehicle, and relevant experience in the trades. Qualifications

• Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades.
• Must be an independent contractor working off of 1099.
• Must have a current Driver's License and Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry including rough and finish work.
• Undertake bathroom upgrades and remodels.
• Execute kitchen refresh and remodels.
• Provide interior and exterior painting.
• Conduct drywall repair, patching, and caulking.
• Handle minor plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Manage flooring repair and installation.
• Perform general home repairs and maintenance.
