Position is offered on an independent contractor basis, paying $16.00 hourly. Responsibilities include supporting home activities, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications demand a valid driver’s license, background screening, one year of caregiving experience, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.
• Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and support the individual during home activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks.
• Prepare meals and do light cleaning.
• Ensure the individual's safety and maintain a safe living environment.
• Accompany individual to social events and community outings.
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization.
• Complete daily progress notes.
