What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Perform audits to ensure compliance with Training, Facility, Repair Procedures, and Tool/Equipment requirements
  2. Document findings and develop improvement plans in collaboration with collision centers
  3. Deliver standup training on collision and safety-related curriculum if you have a training background

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Experience in the collision center and/or mechanical service center industry
  2. Technical automotive background or education
  3. High level of accuracy in verbal and written communication
  4. Good problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
