Schaeffer Manufacturing Company is seeking Independent Sales Representatives to join our team.

Job Description & Responsibilities

1. Sell premium lubricants and fuel additives to owner-operator end users, providing a return on investment in their business.
2. Service typical customers such as Farmers, Truckers, Construction, Mining, Excavating, Manufacturing, Forestry, Racing, and other industries with wheels, tracks, or bearings.
3. Promote a consumable product with high customer loyalty and retention.

Compensation

1. This is a 1099 Sales Position, details to be discussed during your interview.
2. Straight commission-based compensation with no cap, allowing you to earn based on your performance.
3. Monthly bonuses and a Year-End Bonus.

Support & Training

1. Initial training includes online videos, live courses, and in-person field training.
2. Technical and sales support teams are available to assist with specific field scenarios.
3. Ongoing courses and certifications are provided throughout your career at Schaeffer.
