Job summary

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor network to service designated commercial and industrial facilities under an independent contractor agreement. Providers operate as 1099 contractors with their own tools, transport, and scheduling within the service agreements.

Prior janitorial or facilities maintenance experience is preferred. Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor care, and adherence to site safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/industrial cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Carry out floor care such as buffing, polishing, and stripping.
• Utilize own cleaning equipment and supplies for tasks.
• Service restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas to hygiene and presentation standards.
• Complete additional tasks (e.g., painting touch-ups or light repairs) as agreed in the service agreement.
• Adhere to site safety protocols during services.
