Job summary

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor provider network and seeks reliable cleaning professionals to service designated commercial facilities under an independent contractor agreement. This is not an employment position; providers operate with their own tools, schedule, and methods within service agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques (buffing, stripping) is a plus.
• Ability to safely and effectively operate cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide general cleaning across designated areas (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal).
• Perform floor care tasks including buffing, polishing, stripping.
• Use own cleaning equipment and supplies; adhere to service agreements.
• Service restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas to hygiene standards.
• Assist with minor facility upkeep as scoped in the service agreement.
• Follow site safety protocols during tasks.
