Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced Welder-Fabricator to operate a CNC plasma table in our Cincinnati shop. The role requires loading production files, setting up material and cut parameters, and producing finished parts with minimal supervision.

Welding experience (MIG/TIG/Stick) is needed alongside blueprint literacy and precision measurement. AutoCAD/SolidWorks familiarity is a plus; safety and quality are paramount.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC plasma-table experience in fabrication/manufacturing.
• Ability to explain steps from file receipt to finished parts.
• Read drawings and use measurement tools accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receive drawings and load into CNC plasma table software.
• Verify layout, material type, thickness, settings; run and inspect parts.
• Fabricate metal components and perform MIG/TIG/Stick welding as needed.
• Inspect parts for accuracy and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
