The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of clinical research experience, with BLS and CITI training completed within one month of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 1 year clinical research experience required.
• BLS required within one month of hire.
• CITI training required within one month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supports independently assigned studies following protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains study records according to Good Clinical Practice and NJH policies.
• Provides guidance to junior staff and coordinates study activities with the team.
