Job summary

Graceland Portable Buildings seeks an Independent Contractor Driver in Flagstaff, AZ, for transporting and setting portable buildings. This contract (1099) role requires you to provide your own truck/equipment and insurance and operate as a partner, not a Graceland employee.

You will deliver, level, anchor, and set up buildings, communicate ETAs and delivery status, and complete required paperwork on a smartphone or tablet.

Requirements (Contractor / 1099)

• Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record.
• Own truck/trailer/equipment suitable for transporting and setting portable buildings.
• Maintain required commercial auto liability insurance (and any other coverage required by contract) and provide proof upon request.
• Ability to meet Graceland safety requirements (may include background screening/drug testing as permitted by law).
• Ability to work regionally/out of town as needed.

Physical Demands

• Able to lift/move up to 75+ lbs and perform physical work outdoors in varying weather.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and manual labor throughout the day.
