Job summary

R.A.S. Logistics is seeking reliable Independent Contractors and Owner Operators who own or lease a cargo van to support the pick-up and delivery of bulky construction materials in Binghamton, NY.

You will safely operate a cargo van, load and deliver materials, and maintain records while providing excellent customer service. Insurance and background checks are required, with ongoing weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Own or lease a Cargo Van (min 10 ft).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Proven delivery driving experience with an emphasis on safety and professionalism.
• Experience operating cargo vans.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items; comfortable with physical demands.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate your cargo van to complete scheduled pickups and deliveries.
• Load, secure, and unload materials — primarily construction materials.
• Ensure items are handled and transported with care.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and recipients.
• Maintain accurate delivery records via mobile apps or paper logs.
• Follow all safety and transportation guidelines.
